You are a smart, successful woman. Personally and professionally, everyone thinks you have it all together and they look to you to get things done with a smile. You’re sick and tired of the internal spin outs, excessive worry and panic attacks. Who new that excessive over-thinking was a ‘thing’ and would turn into You are emotionally drained, always on edge and your relationships are suffering. You know life could be better. You long to be able to manage the noise inside your head, to be more in control of your emotions,  and experience some of that inner peace that yogis talk about.

I’m not a yogi, but I can help. I help strong, achievement-oriented women get out of their old cycle of anxiety and overworking and over-stressing and create a new normal. Reacting isn’t serving you.   • Understand the value of putting your mental and emotional health first and learn the art of expressing your needs, wants, desires, and goals in life and your relationships, free of the shame and guilt that may have silenced you before.

  • Feel confident in your unique personal power, cultivate the tools to manage your psyche’s proclivities, be it anxiety, depression, perfectionism, or the need to please others.

  • Understand how emotional reactions/responses are stored in the body and guide you through releasing them through somatic mindfulness exercises.

My life experiences, including education, and professional experiences, all inform my passions for helping women heal the issues that interfere with creating and living a healthy, happy, authentic, and satisfying life. I have a humanistic, client centered and eclectic approach to therapy, which includes drawing from several disciplines including, yet not limited to, Mindfulness Therapy, Positive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT)  & (DBT), Somatic Therapy, and Solution Focused (SF) Therapy.
